Emergent Research is committed to supporting diversity, equity and inclusion within organizational settings. We do this by designing research that assesses the current state, uncovers opportunities for improvement, measures progress, and establishes industry benchmarks.

Depending on the strategy, size and objectives of each organization, DEI assessments can include:

  • Discovery - examining existing policies, practices, communications and data to reveal patterns and opportunities.

  • Qualitative interviews and discussion groups with employees, members, customers, leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Quantitative surveys to reveal systemic disparities, measure impact, establish baselines and set success metrics.
