Leila Cranford
Founder & CEO
Leila architects the full research journey — from defining sharp, objective-driven research designs, to executing complex analysis, and on to distilling findings into clear, plain-language insights that drive action. Over nearly 30 years in marketing research, she's made her mark with roles at M/A/R/C, Burke Marketing Research, Blockbuster, DSS Research, and Essilor of America. Leila has earned a reputation for turning complexity into clarity and delivering insights that drive multi-million-dollar decisions in product development, competitive positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition and retention. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from SMU and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Central Texas.

Matt Skawinski
Matt is a seasoned data operations leader with deep expertise in survey programming, data processing, and quality control. He earned dual STEM degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and went on to senior analytical roles at M/A/R/C, Directions Research, AOL/DMS, SPSS, and Common Knowledge. Matt literally wrote the book on data processing as the author of the user manual for CCOUNT! Known for his technical rigor, mentorship, and passion for delivering error‑free, dependable results, he brings a rare blend of hands‑on mastery and operational leadership to every project.



Stephen Johnson
Stephen brings a reliable, expert-level command of survey programming, data analysis, sample management, and project leadership to leading research firms and corporate clients. He brings precision and the experience of 25 years in marketing research to bear on complex questionnaire architecture and data structuring and reporting. Stephen's career spans AOL/DMS, SPSS, Common Knowledge, and TyHann Market Research — covering every stage of the project lifecycle.
